A kaftan is a wide-sleeved, loose-fitting garment traditionally worn as outerwear or occasion wear — often featuring embellishment, colour, and decorative detailing. An abaya is a full-length outer robe, most commonly in black or dark tones, worn as a modesty garment. At Luaar, we design both — and several of our styles bridge the two.

Yes, we offer custom length and size customization for selected kaftans and abayas. Simply place your order and contact us on WhatsApp with your required measurements or customization request.

Ready-to-Ship products can normally be dispatched the same day if ordered before the cutoff time. However, if customization such as length adjustment is requested, additional processing time of approximately 2–3 days may be required. Complex customizations may take longer depending on workload.

Customized or altered products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
